VEGETABLE CHAPATI PAKORA



INGREDIENTS
� cup cooked potato vegetable/ mixed vegetable/ paneer vegetable
2 cooked chapattis
� cup besan
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ajwain
Salt to taste
2 tbsp water
Oil for deep frying

METHOD
Mash potatoes and stuff it in cooked chapatti and wrap the chapatti in envelope shape and make a batter of besan, add salt, garam masala and ajwain in it. Coat wrapped vegetable chapatti in besan batter and deep fry. Serve with imli chutney.

        YOU CAN STUFF ANY VEGETABLE IN CHAPATI DEPENDING ON THE TASTE OF YOUR KIDS AND FAMILY.
