INGREDIENTS
1 cup oats
1 cup roasted peanuts
1/4 cup white sesame seeds (Til)
1 tsp cardamon powder
3/4 cup grated jaggery
1/4 cup Ghee
METHOD
Roast peanuts, oats and sesame seeds together in a non-stick pan without oil for about 3 minutes.
Let it cool down. Grind the mixture and add ghee, cardamon powder, jaggery. Mix well and make ladoos.
IF YOUR CHILD HAVE NOT DEVELOPED THE TASTE OF PEANUT, YOU CAN REDUCE THE QUANTITY TO HALF, OR YOU CAN ADD POWDERED ALMONDS, RAISINS AND DESICCATED COCONUT POWDER.
Pictorial:
1. In a pan, roast peanuts, oats, sesame seeds till little brown. Don' t over brown.
2. Let it cool down and grind it to make smooth powder.
3. Transfer in a bowl.
4. Add 3/4 cup Jaggery and 1 tsp cardamom powder.
5. Pour melted 1/4 warm ghee. (If mixture is too dry add more ghee to make soft ladoos)
6. Mix well and make small balls.
7. Yummy and healthy ladoos are ready to eat.
